With your feedback, we’ll continue this distillation until we reach the best possible solution.
Optimization
You have given final approval on a plan! Now we narrow our focus to your selection, fine-tune it, and make any last adjustments before we begin execution.
Build
This is where it gets exciting. With a detailed blueprint in hand, we start turning your strategy into a reality. During this period you will have 24/7 access to a reporting dashboard that tracks progress daily, and we welcome you to contact us at any time with questions. We also meet monthly to deliver status reports and discuss recent developments.
Deploy
We now have a working model up and running. This includes a continuous collection of data metrics from every arm of your project for quality assurance. This helps us make the right adjustments.
